Eteach is proud to sponsor the forthcoming Cardiff and Vale Junior Cricket team trip to Malaysia

On Boxing Day 2009, fourteen members of the squad will go on an adventure that they will remember for a lifetime, visiting and playing cricket in the beautiful country of Malaysia.

By this time, the players will be aged between 13 and 15. The squad boasts exceptional talent - indeed nine of the youngsters represented Wales during 2008 season.

The team will experience the culture of Asia - the staggering beauty of the country, the warmth and generosity of its people - and bring back home with them a new understanding of this part of the world. They will have the chance to see a very different way of life from our own, and learn about the country’s many cultures and languages. And they will be able realise the dream of playing cricket in very different situations and conditions from back home.

The tour has the backing of Eteach, Malaysia Cricket Association and the Cricket Board of Wales. With matches planned in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, the children will be able to enjoy different regions throughout Malaysia.
