Did you know that, according to the DCSF, at least £120 million is spent by schools on education recruitment advertising and associated costs each year? This is at least £100 million too much! Eteach will be introducing “Eteach Premium,” in April, a brand new interactive website, which includes easy access to job loading, school profiles, job broadcasting and an integrated Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Whilst most ATS systems restrict users to one medium’s candidates, Eteach has developed an open system, allowing schools to enter candidates from online and offline sources, traditional and nontraditional media platforms right through to local and national press, as well as other job boards.
