LAs can choose for Eteach to manage their staff pool for them, where a dedicated team of coordinators are available 24/7 to take placement details by phone, contact available temporary staff in the school's area, book them and brief them on the post before they arrive with schools. Features of the managed service could include:
- Transfer of existing supply teachers to the new pool
- Ongoing recruitment of teachers to the pool
- Accreditation of teachers
- Online and call centre-based bookings
The Managed Supply Pool Service accreditation process is extremely thorough and we do not rely on List 99 (recent media coverage has proved this to be unreliable).
