Overview:

Eteach is the UK's leading online recruitment company specialising in the education sector. We have a fantastic trainee opportunity within our marketing team. The successful trainee will assist both the Assistant Marketing Manager and Design and UX Manager in the continuous development of the company's market presence and provide administrative support as required.

The ideal candidate will be a marketing, media or design graduate with experience working with HTML, Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. You will have a strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and develop yourself within a fast paced environment. Training will be provided across all areas.

Main Duties

Website

• Monitor all our website content and ensure all database marketing drives users to relevant and content rich web pages with clear goals and objectives.
• Assist the marketing team creating, uploading and managing all web content, ensuring usability and SEO compliance.

Design

• Support the Design and UX Manager in carrying out designated tasks and creating eye-catching collateral within branding guidelines.
• Work closely with internal sales teams to promote schools and colleges across The Eteach Group websites.

Communications

• Work with the PR & Communications Manager to ensure all campaigns are represented across all our group websites and all media channels.
• Assist in writing and proof-reading press releases, emails and online communications.

Event Management

• Work closely with sales teams to promote and increase brand awareness of Eteach at external events, as well as researching new opportunities and co-ordinating pre- and post-event tasks.

Database Marketing

• Creation and implementation of a range of database marketing campaigns maximising response and CTR to the Eteach Group websites.

Requirements

• A UK drivers licence and access to a car
• Ambitious graduate who is keen to progress down a marketing and/or design route
• Genuine interest in online marketing and design
• Collaborative; able to form great working relationships internally and externally
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic 'can do' attitude
• High attention to detail
