Eteach has been nominated for no less than two awards in the Education Investor Awards, which promote excellence and recognising innovation in the UK’s fast-growing education industry. Its Talent Pools have made the shortlist for Recruitment Group of the Year and Product Supplier of the Year.

Eteach developed School and Regional Talent Pools to reduce recruitment costs and enable schools to collaborate in finding teachers. As part of the range of online recruitment solutions Eteach offers, they have the potential to save schools at least 50% of their recruitment costs at a time when schools are facing budget cuts of nearly 5% in real terms.

Recruiters can set up a School Talent Pool, a database of potential employees that attracts teachers who want to work in their school all year round. They enable schools to plan their recruitment pipeline – and know who’s available as soon as they need to recruit. Schools can also join a Regional Talent Pool, enabling them to access teachers who are interested in working in their region; sharing candidates with other schools minimises the risk of wasting money on unnecessary advertising.

No surprise that since their launch Talent Pools have proved a huge success with schools and candidates. With the support of effective marketing initiatives, including a successful radio campaign, over 800 schools and almost 43,000 candidates are using them.
