Teacher Recruitment Consultant
Based in Camberley, Eteach UK are market leaders in online recruitment solutions to schools throughout the UK. We are currently looking to appoint both experienced and Junior Recruitment Consultants to maintain and grow already successful and thriving Temporary Desks.

You must be able to demonstrate an excellent sales and customer service background and be able to communicate professionally at all levels. In return, we offer an unrivalled remuneration package, uncapped commission, flexible hours during school holidays and an excellent working environment.

The Role
Hitting sales targets and building business relationships is the key to this role, you will manage a specialist desk and the core activities will include:

• Business development calls to existing and prospective clients
• Candidate attraction, interviewing and vetting
• Client visits and meetings
• Pay rate and charge rate negotiation

Skills and requirements
We are looking for candidates with a strong sales background. You will be well educated and be able to demonstrate your ability to work to targets in a challenging sales environment and share a passion for people as we do.
