All Hallows RC Business & Enterprise College
All Hallows is a voluntary aided 11 -16 Roman Catholic School. We offer a caring environment in which the needs of every pupil are seen as of paramount importance.
As well as giving our pupils a firm grounding in the Catholic faith, our aim is to develop our pupils' skills and talents and to offer a broad and balanced curriculum which stretches all our pupils from the most able to those with special needs.
All Hallows is the focal point for the Salford East Education Action Zone which began in April 2000. The Zone provides us with the resources we need to carry out a wide range of activities with our associated primary schools.
We see education as a partnership between home and school because we share the same aims and ideals. You will always be welcome in school should you have any questions or wish to discuss any aspect of your child's welfare.
The Salford Education Business Partnership.
The school has established and developed strong links with industry and is an active participant in the partneship. This is a partnership between school, students, parents, businesses and their employees.
The business community provides staff and resources to assist the school in its work with students. Some students are involved in projects such as mentoring (one to one support for students by employees from local companies), vocational training at local business and colleges, and are given additional help with subjects. They are also offered opportunities to find out about the world of work and a chance to access employment at 16.
Students who achieve agreed attendance and coursework goals are supported by the Partnership in their search for work. In agreement with employers, those who achieve their personal targets will have access to a priority interview programme with local businesses and insome cases, specific job opportunities.
