<p><br />Penglais is a very successful comprehensive school offering a high quality education to nearly 1,400 pupils including 330 in the sixth form. Our examination results are consistently well above national averages and attract national prominence.</p><p>There is also a strong musical tradition at the School and regular opportunities to take part in musicals and dramatic productions. There is a wide range of extra-curricular activities at Penglais including all main team games, many clubs and societies and a fantastic range of visits and exchanges. Field work and educational visits organized every year.
