Abbey College is a dynamic and vibrant secondary school, providing education to 11 to 18 year old students. Set in 28 acres of magnificent grounds in Ramsey in the heart of rural Cambridgeshire, it has a population of 1500 students and over 250 staff dedicated to providing students with high quality education at all academic levels, the school provides an environment for every student to reach, if not exceed their potential. The school provides superb resources to facilitate success, recent examination results demonstrate that students continue to improve their achievements year on year. As part of the school's academic development programme the curriculum will soon provide an opportunity for students to study a wide range of vocational courses at Diploma level.
One of the newest schools in Cambridgeshire, Abbey College actively promotes external engagement having established excellent links with Universities and Further Education Colleges, national and local industries and the local community. Wayne Birks, Headteacher is proud of the school's past and continual achievements since its incorporation in 2006 and is passionate about continuing this trend into the future.
