The Governors are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in this highly successful school.

The Governors of Larmenier & Sacred Heart are seeking to appoint a LSA to work with a child with Special Educational Needs (25 hours per week).

The successful candidate will need to:
- have experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs; including planning a curriculum tailored to meet the child’s needs
- work with the Class Teacher, to write and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and evaluate progress
- employ strategies for behaviour management and promote independent learning
- work as part of a staff team and liaise with outside professionals
- have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- show a positive attitude, commitment and initiative
- be passionate about all children maximising their full potential.
