Meadhurst Primary School is an all through primary school with excellent facilities for pupils from the ages of three to eleven that secured an Ofsted 'Good' judgement in October 2012. We cater for a wide range of abilities through our careful planning and delivery of the curriculum and our children are happy, hardworking and keen to do well.
Meadhurst Primary School offers the opportunity for children to remain in a family atmosphere across all phases of their primary education. The staff are friendly, caring and committed professionals who work very hard to provide the best possible opportunities for all pupils. Teachers and support staff work together to promote continuity between the year groups and Key Stages and this ensures an easy transition between year groups.
The Howard Partnership Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust created in November 2013 and led by Howard of Effingham School, an outstanding school which is also a designated Academy Sponsor. As the first federation of schools in Surrey, originally formed in 2007 at the request of the LA and DfE, we have a long-standing tradition of highly effective partnership working.
The staff within THPT are thoroughly professional, qualified, knowledgeable, passionate and motivated to drive school improvement across all schools. The ethos within each environment is warm with a supportive approach and a focus on working in partnership to share good practice, bringing out the best. There are CPD and progression opportunities across The Trust and staff are valued equally for their part in the success of schools and The Partnership as a whole.
