All Leeds schools will be good schools. They will provide world class teaching and learning opportunities and develop an ethos conducive to high achievement by all children. World class standards will be reflected clearly in levels of achievement and assessments of school performance by OfSTED. Measures of success and targets will be realistic but challenging and sharply focused on the achievement of world class standards.
