We work hard to attract, retain and develop high performing staff and at whatever level our students study at their provision is of the highest quality and is delivered and supported by well qualified and committed staff.

All staff are valued for their contribution towards achieving the College's strategic goals, and in return there are opportunities for personal and career development.

The College is recognised as having in place policies and practices to promote equality, diversity and parity of esteem. We endeavour to provide a welcoming and positive environment for both learners and staff and encourage everyone to share our enthusiasm for success.

Staff are employed in a range of management, teaching and support roles. From September 2012 onwards teaching and management staff will continue to be recruited through North Lindsey College however all support staff vacancies will be recruited through the Optime Support Ltd, a subsidiary company of North Lindsey College.

North Lindsey is a friendly and supportive place which offers an exciting and unusually wide range of courses. We are all passionate about the positive difference we can make in improving the lives of so many individuals.
