So, you’ve got yourself an Eteach profile – excellent! But are you making the most of it?
You may not be aware of the full range of benefits that having an Eteach account automatically gives you – whether it’s easier job searching, quicker job applications, or amazing discounts and offers from leading brands – there's so much more for you to discover.
Follow our simple tips to ensure you’re getting the best Eteach experience.
Tip #1 Set Up Job Alerts
Don’t worry about missing out on your dream job. With your Eteach account, it’s all taken care of for you!
Once you’ve made a search on our job board, you’ll be able to save your search term as a ‘Job Alert’, by selecting the ‘Get job alerts’ button that appears on the right-hand side of the page.
This means you’ll be automatically notified via email when new jobs are posted that match your search criteria. Roles will come to you – instead of you having to re-search for the same terms over and over!
Tip #2 Join Talent Pools
Have you spotted a school on Eteach that you’d love to work for? Instead of constantly checking for suitable roles, your Eteach account lets you join their Talent Pool instead – meaning you’ll be instantly notified of new, suitable roles and be amongst the first for consideration if your profile matches.
Schools with an Eteach Career Site will have a ‘Join our Talent Pool’ button on their page, which will look something like this:
By clicking this, you’ll be brought to a form where you’ll be able to provide your details and specify what kind of role you’re looking for within that school.
Upon submitting this form, your profile and details will be added to the school’s Talent Pool, giving them a record of your expression of interest in working for them – meaning they’ll already know who to contact should a suitable role arise!
You can also join regional Talent Pools – not just ones for specific schools. This makes you visible to all schools under that region, letting them know you’re interested in working in that area.
To join a regional Talent Pool, visit our Location Guides page, select your preferred location, and sign up using the ‘Join Talent Pool’ button in the location header.

Tip #3 Look out for Fast Apply
We know that most education application forms can be long-winded, unintuitive and – frankly – a chore to complete. With your Eteach account, however, you can search for jobs that use our revolutionary Fast Apply option.
But first, what is Fast Apply? Schools who have opted to use the Eteach Online Application Form will have a ‘Fast Apply’ button on their job advert. This means that, instead of having to download an application form and input the same information over and over again across 18+ pages, the information you’ve added to your Eteach profile will automatically pre-populate the online application form for every role you apply to, saving you valuable time.
Bonus tip: the more complete your profile is, the more information will be pulled though – shaving potentially hours off applying for new roles! What’s more, keeping your Eteach profile up-to-date means you won’t have to keep changing information either.
Fast Apply is mobile-optimised, meaning your application can be completed whenever and wherever - without having to visit an external site or re-upload documentation. It’s far quicker and easier than many other standard education job application methods, making your application experience much smoother!
Tip #4 Check out Eteach Rewards
