When is the Event? Do I Need to Stay Online the Entire Time?
The Virtual Recruitment Fair will be live on Saturday, 30th November 2024, from 7 am to 1 pm GMT.
You can log in at any point during the event whenever it works best for you! This flexible schedule allows you to participate and enjoy the fair during your busy week.
Will I have the chance to ask questions during the fair?
Yes, live webinars and sessions will include opportunities for Q&A with the presenters. You can also engage directly with school recruiters through one-on-one chats.
Can I attend specific sessions or webinars during the event?
Yes, you'll have access to a schedule of webinars and presentations throughout the fair, allowing you to choose the sessions that align with your interests.
When will I be able to view the programme of content?
We will be hosting a pre-fair opening on 29th November for all eligible candidates, to log in and view the programme. You can start building your schedule, and choosing the sessions you'd like to attend on the day like.
Could my friend join the FOBISIA Virtual Recruitment fair?
Yes! Any qualified teacher or teaching student is welcome to attend the fair free of charge. Please share the registration link here with fellow educators interested in exploring international teaching opportunities.
How can I follow up with schools after the event?
During the event, you will have a chance to visit each school booth and their available jobs listings. If submit your CV and are are suited for the role, you will be contacted by the school directly to start your interview process. If you don’t get a chance to apply on the day, the roles will be accessible on the platform until 30th December 2024.
