The successful applicant will have a proven track record of raising standards and have the leadership skills required to continue to build on the success of the department that is on an exciting journey.
We are seeking to appoint a passionate, inspirational and well-motivated individual who has the ability to support the Curriculum leader of Science on the department’s journey to excellence. The successful candidate will have a track record of excellent learner outcomes and a passion to raise the standard of teaching and learning within the Science department. They will have a strong understanding of the Curriculum for Wales and be able to support the department with the continued implementation of the new curriculum.
Abersychan School is an 11-16 co-educational comprehensive school with 770 pupils serving the north of Torfaen.
