We welcome applications from both Teaching and Support Staff. The successful candidate will need to be a qualified DSL as well as being a motivated/ innovative leader and have flexibility to adapt to change. You will also need to demonstrate a proven track record of working with children within a safeguarding role. The successful candidate must have the ability to demonstrate outstanding practice within their field, the ability to lead staff and develop their knowledge and expertise of safeguarding children and the ability to work effectively alongside the SLT team to achieve excellence. You will offer outstanding communication, management and organisational skills, alongside experience of working in partnership with parents, professionals, governors, the wider community, and leadership and management of a safeguarding team.
