#TransformingLives

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, pro-active individual with high expectations for children’s learning and behaviour.

Working under the line management of the Principal you will co-lead the management, coordination and implementation of academy wide and individual behaviour management systems. You will need to demonstrate the abilities and experience necessary to work with pupils who can exhibit challenging behaviour. You will be required to support the good running and ethos of the whole academy and to accommodate any reasonable duties as requested by the Principal.

At the heart of Academy Transformation Trust, Phoenix Academy supports primary age pupils with a range of social, emotional and mental health issues. Our Thematic Curriculum introduces a new topic every half term and stimulates a real love of learning, and we are passionate about the Every Child Matters agenda – so we’re giving vulnerable children everything they need to become happy, stable and productive citizens.

As part of Academy Transformation Trust, we work inclusively within our communities, embracing the varied localities we serve, while sharing our common vision and values. We share a passion about Diversity and Inclusion and welcome all applications.

In return, we offer to you:

  • An amazing people development offer through our ATT Institute providing you with continuous self-development.
  • A comprehensive package of benefits via our benefits platform. You will enjoy shopping discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme.
  • A generous Local Government Pension Scheme.

Closing date: Sunday 19th March 2023 at Midday
