HR Apprentice (Learning & Development)

Academy Transformation Trust, Sutton Coldfield

37 hours per week, All-year-round. (18-month contract)

We’re here to make a difference. Are you?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Academy Transformation Trust’s central team as HR Apprentice (Learning & Development) situated at its Head Office in Sutton Coldfield. As the HR Apprentice (L&D) you will be supported by the Director of Institute whilst studying a CIPD Level 3 Learning and Development Apprenticeship. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright individual wishing to develop a career in learning and development.

As an integral member of the Learning and Development, the post holder will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative duties of our ATT Institute. The HR Apprentice (L&D) will often be the first point of contact for colleagues and customers who wish to enquire and book onto people development courses. This post holder will also work closely with the Director of Institute to source, evaluate and coordinate learning and development related activities, and will be responsible for data management and general administration.

Naturally, any current work experience would be useful, but it’s your outgoing nature, flexibility and willingness to learn that will matter most. In return, we can offer you total involvement in everything we do and prospects that could take you anywhere within the Trust or within one of its network of 21 academies.

What is Learning & Development?

This is part of the organisation that manages the learning, development and training initiatives. This helps the organisation to constantly develop through programmes which enables them to upskill their workforce and implement learning strategies.
