About you
The Inclusion Coordinator will lead and develop our inclusion provision providing high quality support for students who would have otherwise received a fixed term exclusion. You will be passionate about ensuring the best outcomes for all students regardless of the barriers to their learning. You will work collaboratively with the Assistant Principal (Pastoral) responsible for Safeguarding, Behaviour and Attitudes, outside agencies and the Academy’s SENDCo.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a flexible and collegiate approach to working, and show both creativity and resilience in approaching challenges.
