Maternity cover SENDCO 0.6 MPS/UPS September start
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, well qualified expert SEND practitioner who is child friendly, well-organised enthusiastic well motivated AND a team player.
We currently have two Maternity cover positions at Kingsmoor Academy SENCO 0.6 and Teacher 0.6. we are happy to combine both roles to 1 full time Teacher/Senco, however if one maternity leave returns early the role reverts to the remaining 0.6 vacancy above which would be either Senco or Teacher for the remainder of the other mat leave
The successful candidate must have: -
• Qualified teacher status/SENCo qualification or be registered and working towards this
• Proven outstanding Primary classroom practice and up to date knowledge of the new SEN Framework & Code of Practice, EYFS/ NC and current successful intervention/T&L strategies
• Ability to work as part of an effective and dedicated team.
The successful candidate will help us to maintain and develop our provision and practice, implementing our vision that all children are able to achieve, using the new SEND Framework and Code of Practice to support children with SEND and other identified groups to make outstanding progress.
