About you: -
We are looking for an individual who has drive, energy, a passion for pastoral care and learning, and who relishes the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, well organised, flexible, and able to support students across the academy. The students range from Reception to Year 6 and have a variety of support requirements. Previous experience of a role in an educational establishment is desirable but not essential. This role requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a flexible and collegiate approach to working, and show both creativity and resilience in approaching challenges. We welcome applications from ambitious candidates, keen to make a difference who have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student.
