Westbourne Academy is looking for a strong, confident team player to lead Safeguarding and join our dedicated team and uphold the Academy’s vision and values
You will be passionate about ensuring the best outcomes for all students regardless of the barriers to their learning. You will work collaboratively with the Assistant Principal (Pastoral) responsible for Safeguarding, Behaviour and Attitudes, outside agencies and the Academy’s SENDCo.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a flexible and collegiate approach to working, and show both creativity and resilience in approaching challenges.
