The Queen Elizabeth Academy are seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and passionate Student Counsellor to join our fantastic department, and our forward thinking, modern academy.

You will be motivated to strive to be your best, and have an obvious desire to educate the next generation. You will be a dynamic and inspirational counsellor, with the ambition to consistently challenge yourself to be the best you can be. As a school and trust, we will offer you fantastic CPD, with career development opportunities at the forefront of our minds. This role would suit an experienced counsellor looking to progress their career, or an innovative newly qualified counsellor looking for their first counsellor role.

The Queen Elizabeth Academy is an 11-16 mixed academy based in Atherstone with approximately 660 pupils on roll. Following our Ofsted inspection in May 2017, we were shown to be “Good with Outstanding features”, a real testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff and students. In November 2016, as part of the Priority School Building Programme, we moved into brand new premises that have given us access to fantastic new facilities, which really set us apart in the locality
