The academy is expanding from 8 form entry to 10 form entry and moving to a state of the art Hub in June, situated next to our dedicated Sixth Form, which is a mile from the original academy.

‘We will work inclusively within our communities, embracing the varied localities we serve, while sharing our common vision and values’. We share a passion about Diversity and Inclusion and welcome all applications and are open to flexible working.

Do these values sound like values you could be a part of? If so we welcome the opportunity to meet you.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and confident person who will work well as part of the Pastoral Team. The Student Support Officer, Inclusion, will help manage and improve the behaviour and progress of students within the academy and support students in being ready to learn, be happy, successful and positive members of the academy community.

If you enjoy working with young people and would like to help them as they prepare for their future working lives, we would like to hear from you.

Mildenhall College Academy is a split site Academy with Sixth Form based on a separate site. We deliver high quality learning experiences and aim for the best possible achievement for every student. Mildenhall College Academy was graded ‘good’ by Ofsted, November 2018.
