In Nursery, emphasis is placed upon children learning through their play and practical activities. We see the ‘classroom’ as incorporating both indoor and outdoor areas and plan a balance of activities using all our available space. The Nursery teachers plan and prepare activities as a team in accordance with the Revised Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
We are looking for someone to join our Nursery team on a fixed term basis to support the youngest members of our academy in their learning.
Do you have:
• Evidence of good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Experience of working with children – preferably in a school environment
• An understanding of the skills required to support young children's learning
• The desire to make a difference to the lives of our pupils
