Berkeley Green UTC is seeking a passionate and proactive Employability Coordinator to join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 14–19. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths) by guiding them towards exciting and meaningful career pathways. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with a wide range of employers, ensuring students benefit from real-world insights and opportunities. Your positive approach and excellent communication skills will help deliver high-quality careers advice, work experience placements, and employer engagement activities. Berkeley Green UTC opened in September 2017 with outstanding facilities, in a state-of-the-art building. We provide specialist, high quality technical and academic education for 14-19 students with a strong interest in Engineering and Digital Technologies including Cyber Security. Although we are a specialist centre, English and Maths are very much the foundations on which all else rests. Developing learners who are confident, fluent and creative is a priority for us.
