Berkeley Green UTC is seeking to appoint a confident, highly skilled and personable Teacher of Engineering to join our friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated team. You will be part of an experienced, passionate and forward-thinking team that is expanding due to curriculum growth in engineering. We would welcome applications for teachers who specialise in any area of engineering, including graphic design and design and technology.
Berkeley Green UTC opened in September 2017 with outstanding facilities, in a state-of-the-art building. We provide specialist, high quality technical and academic education for 14-19 students with a strong interest in Engineering and Digital Technologies including Cyber Security. We are a school that puts engineering at the top of the curriculum, and focuses on the development of the technical skills students need to succeed in the work place. The successful candidate will teach a combination of:
• WJEC Engineering Level 2
• AQA GCSE Design and Technology
• NCFE Graphic Design Level 2
• AAQ Engineering
• BTEC Level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma in Engineering
