Kingdown School is looking to appoint a highly skilled Teacher of English to join its friendly and successful English Department, with effect from December 2024. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT, who is passionate about helping all young people to believe, aspire and achieve.
Contract: Maternity cover (effective December 2024). Working Hours: Part-time (0.6 FTE). Other: This role is suitable for ECTs.
Kingdown School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary school and sixth form, educating young people between the ages of 11 and 18 years. The successful candidate will be able to teach across the full age and ability range, up to A Level is desirable, and will be a team player happy to collaborate and share ideas with other teachers within the English Department. QTS status is essential for the role.
