As Curriculum Leader for Business and Economics, you will:

• Lead a high performing, exam focused subject area, where all qualifications are fully examination based with no coursework components.

• Teach a significant proportion of Economics, ensuring students develop strong understanding of the modern business environment and global economy.

• Shape a contemporary, relevant curriculum that reflects real world business challenges, emerging economic trends and the skills young people need to thrive.

• Bring expert subject knowledge and be an outstanding classroom practitioner, with experience teaching exam based GCSE and A Level courses, modelling high quality teaching and purposeful leadership.

• Work collaboratively with a committed team, continually refining our provision to secure strong outcomes and deliver an ambitious, engaging learning experience.

• Champion research informed, forward looking approaches, ensuring every learner benefits from high expectations and well designed, meaningful opportunities.
