We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who has already worked either as an ELSA or with children with SEMH and has a secure understanding of how to help and support children in their learning at school.

The successful candidate will work alongside a hardworking and friendly team where their professional development will be supported.

You will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills, be an effective team member and be able to use your own initiative.

You must be able to support the distinctive Christian ethos of the school but you do not have to be a practising Christian. 

The working hours are 8.40am until 3.10 pm (45 minutes unpaid break to include a mid-morning and lunch break), Monday to Friday inclusive. Term time only plus INSET days 

Salary – £16994.00 to £18774.00pa FTE.   

Actual salary for 28.75 hours a week - £11450 to £12649 pa
