We’re Hiring: After School Club Play Worker!

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Term: Part time

Salary: FTE Salary £23,606 which equates to £12.58 per hour (4.67 hrs or 6 hrs per day) Term Time only 39 weeks per year

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Supervise and engage with children during After School Club through play and conversation.
  • Plan and lead craft activities that spark creativity.
  • Welcome parents warmly at pick-up time.
  • Develop quality play opportunities tailored to individual needs.
  • Implement Playwork principles and the EYFS statutory framework.
  • Support homework activities where appropriate.
  • Serve prepared refreshments with care.
  • Follow all school policies and procedures (training provided).
