Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England.
We have a fabulous opportunity for a well organised and methodical HR Assistant to join our friendly and professional Human Resources team here at York.
Reporting to the Deputy HR Director, this role is an integral part of our busy team and the first point of contact for our internal and external customers so the ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
You will provide administrative support for various HR processes to include; the recruitment cycle, administering adverts, arranging interviews, all pre-employment checks requesting candidate documentation to include processing DBS certificates, administer all leaver action, maintain accurate manual and electronic filing systems, ensuring adherence to GDPR.
This would be a great opportunity for a newly qualified Level 3 CIPD person wanting to start their HR career, or a highly experienced and competent administrator with an interest in HR. Above all, you must have a flexible approach with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
