Head of Digital Learning - Quality & Performance Department

Full-time - 37 hours per week, full year, permanent role

Based at our York Campus

Salary: £43,310 - £47,315 per annum, dependent on experience (SCP 42 – 45)

Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England.

We have an exciting and newly created role for a Head of Digital Learning to join our Quality & Performance Team at our York Campus. Candidates will need to have a proven track record of delivering digital transformation in an education setting.

The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Principal for Quality & Performance and will have accountability for delivering the College’s Digital Learning Strategy and supporting the whole College Digital Transformation towards our Vision 2030.

Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject, with excellent knowledge of digital learning platforms, EdTech and mobilisation of strategy, you will have previous experience of successfully delivering a digital learning and education function, a strong knowledge of pedagogical theories and practices, experience with and a passion for customer experience and student-centred services along with experience of managing a team and leading through change.
