Teaching Assistant – Temporary post / Fixed term

Dashwood Banbury Academy

Hours - 8.30 am - 3.30 pm Monday to Friday, Term time + 2 INSET days. Starting ASAP to 22nd July 2022

Banding: - Scale point 4-6 -Actual Salary for 2021 is £9,961.57 to £10,364.08 as working 2 inset days. 2022 salary will be £14,033.46 - £14,600.49 working 3 inset days.

Responsible to - Principal and Leadership Team

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our professional, friendly team. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children in an educational setting and excellent interpersonal skills to enthuse and inspire our pupils. They will have outstanding behaviour management skills and expertise or qualifications relevant to the role. Flexibility and a willingness to work as a team and with children of all ages within the primary school setting are essential.

This is a temporary post to start as soon as possible through to 22nd July 2022 initially but may have the opportunity to become permanent in the future.
