Parking Room Co-ordinator

Location - Wykham Park, Banbury

Salary – Grade 7 points 12 – 17 (£22,183 - £24,491 FTE)

Pro rata for 38 weeks £16,186.83 - £17,870.97

Hours – 32.5 hours a week, term time only - Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 3.30 p.m. with ½ hour lunch break

Contract – Fixed Term Contract until Christmas 2022 (with potential to be extended if funding continues )

Start date – February 2022

Wykham Park Academy in Banbury are looking to recruit a Parking Room Co-ordinator for February 2022. This will be a fixed term postion to begin with, with a view to be extended if funding continues.

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Principal (SENDCo), the main purpose of this role is to support students who are removed from lessons and preparing them to return to learning in a calm manner, helping them to record their feelings about the situation In the process.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with children who are struggling with emotional dysregulation. The co-ordinator should be able to remain calm and rational at all times.

The Successful candidate must have 5 GCSEs including Grade C/4 in English and Mathematics (or equivalent NVQ Level 2) and be skilled at using all Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, and powerpoint)
