We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Speech and Language Therapist to work across our 5 West London schools. We're committed to developing a speech and language framework regionally by working in partnership with our dedicated site based SENCo‘s and the regional SENCo Manager.
Passionate about staff development, we are proud to offer staff contingency and development time. We give staff the flexibility to meet the needs of schools and protected time to access CPD; we offer paid for six weekly supervision cover within the role.
The role is new to our region. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop service definition whilst working as an integral part of the school communities and provide outstanding Speech and Language Therapy services.
Each week is different with new challenges; we want this post holder to provide us with new ideas and strategies across our family of 5 mainstream schools catering for children from 3 to 19 years. We are all passionately committed to putting the students and their individual outcomes at the heart of everything we do. We believe entirely that every one of our students can achieve their goals and dreams and look to inspire them to do so in everything we do.
