Taylor Road Primary School is looking to appoint a Level 1 Lunchtime Supervisor to work 5 hours per week x 38.40 weeks of the year, permanent (38.40 this includes 2 staff training days per year). Start and finish times will be directed by the Lunchtime Manager, but will be between 11:20 am and 12:50 pm.
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Work as part of a team
- Undertake supervision of children within the classroom during wet play, the dining room, and the playground.
- Actively engage with the children
- Participate in playground games and encourage shared play
- Undertake any relevant training, including first aid
We are looking for someone who:
- is creative, flexible, and has a sense of humour
- have high expectations of themselves and the pupils' achievements
- is an effective team member
- Good command of the English language to enable good communication with staff and students
