Head of Communications & Partnerships

Competitive salary – linked to skills & experience. Full time, 37 hours per week - LGPS pension scheme

26 days annual leave rising to 31 after 5 years (plus 8 days Bank Holiday)

Hybrid working during school holidays

Attenborough Learning Trust has an exciting opportunity to offer to a dynamic and forward-thinking individual who is capable of leading all aspects of communications across the trust, ensuring clear, consistent and compelling messaging that reflects our values, vision and impact. You will also play a key role in helping the trust deliver our HR offer and people strategy, so a strong background in HR would be a considerable advantage.

About the role:

As the outward-facing voice of the trust, the Head of Communications & Partnerships plays a key role in building our reputation, engaging stakeholders, and showcasing the strengths of our schools. A vital part of this role is to ensure that prospective schools, partners, and communities gain a clear understanding of who we are, what we stand for, and the benefits of joining our trust.

This is a senior appointment sitting within the trust’s executive team, and the post holder will provide support for the implementation of our new people strategy. The successful candidate will also take a lead on the development and delivery of a high-quality services offer that brings together the trust’s expertise in finance, HR, governance, and procurement. About you:

You will be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm, drive and determination to make a difference and how you will engage with our ethos and culture.
