Salary: Grade 3, £24,338 - £25,403 per annum, pro rata. Approximately £11,678 - £12,189 per annum (0.47983 FTE)

You will work closely with senior staff, play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly, from managing records and producing reports, to coordinating school trips, events, and supporting safeguarding administration.
In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for parents, carers, and visitors, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and warmth. You’ll bring strong ICT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, all while contributing to the welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that underpins our school community.

What will you do?
- Contribute to the planning, development and organisation of support service systems/procedures/policies
- Manage manual and computerised record/information systems.
- Manage uniform within the school and liaise with Trust staff as appropriate.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff pupils and others.

What are we looking for?
- Experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures.
- Good knowledge/understanding of basic financial tasks
- Evidence of the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people
