We’re looking for experienced, dedicated and talented professionals to join a talent pool for future Teaching roles at Avanti Schools Trust. Candidates who can model outstanding classroom practice across the school.

Avanti Schools Trust is a successful and growing Multi-Academy Trust with a track record of delivering strong academic outcomes for children. To date, all of our academies that have been inspected by Ofsted have been rated good, some with outstanding features.

What kind of things will these roles do?

• Deliver the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability group/subject/s that you teach
• Be responsible for the preparation and development of teaching materials, teaching programmes and pastoral arrangements as appropriate
• Be aware of pupils’ capabilities, their prior knowledge and plan teaching and differentiate appropriately to build on these, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of how pupils learn
• Establish a safe, purposeful and stimulating environment for pupils, rooted in mutual respect and establish a framework for discipline with a range of strategies, using praise, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairly
