We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Assistant to join our Admin team.
The role is 18.5 hours per week. Term time only plus 5 inset days. The working pattern is Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, we can be flexible and this can be discussed at interview.
Key responsibilities include
- Finance Administration
- Placing orders for goods and services, receipting goods and paying invoices.
- Issuing sales invoices and monitoring payment
- Banking reconciliation
- HR Administration
- New Starters, Leavers & Contract Changes
- Processing staff expenses claims, timesheets and staff absences.
- Administration
- Answering the telephone, greeting visitors
- Office cover
- Updating the school website
