Are you an enthusiastic, nurturing person looking to work in a school where we encourage children to be curious and take their learning outside where possible? We are looking to recruit an experienced SEN teaching assistant to work with children in KS1. You will be supported by the class teacher, Inclusion Worker and SENDco in your role.
Badbury Park Primary School moved into a state-of-the-art building in November 2020. We are passionate about outdoor learning, education for social responsibility and forest school and we have wonderful green spaces to bring the curriculum alive. We have engaged, happy learners in beautiful, authentic learning spaces with carefully chosen versatile resources that provoke creativity, curiosity, and concentration. The school building is spacious, and purpose built with the latest technology including an immersive room, VR headsets, coding robots and a 3D printer; it offers a large hall, calming classrooms and a group room per year group.

The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 08.30-3.15pm, term time only plus teacher training days on a fixed term contract.
