Reception Class Teacher

  • 2 days per week - Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • Main pay scale 1 - 6
  • Fixed term contract until 31st August 2026 to provide cover for a colleague.

Batheaston Church School wish to appoint an excellent two day a week Reception teacher to join our one form entry primary school set in a rural location on the outskirts of Bath .

Batheaston Church School is part of the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust and is a welcoming, happy and exciting place to be. The school works closely with St John’ Church to maintain and build on our Christian foundation, and we are seeking someone who can fully support this ethos. Batheaston Church school is an innovative and creative one form entry primary school located in a rural setting on the outskirts of Bath.

You will be working alongside an experienced, warm and friendly staff team.

  • have the knowledge and skills to teach in EYFS

Salary, hours and pay scale

Salary from £12660 to £17442 per year

Main Pay Scale - M1 - M6

£31,650 - £43,607 FTE per year, pro rata

2 days/13 hours per week
