Job Title: Inclusion Supervisor
Actual Annual Salary: £23,376 - £25,200 based on hours and weeks worked
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £28,859 - £31,111 (CLF Grade C) based on 37 hours per week, all year round
Contract Type: Fixed term contract until 31 August 2026
Hours: Part-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7 hours per day. Term time Only + Inset Days

We are looking for a dedicated Inclusion Supervisor to join our committed Inclusion Team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
As an Inclusion Supervisor, you will play a key role in our academy’s Inclusion Zone, supervising students within the Independent Study Room (ISR). You will ensure a calm, structured, and supportive learning space, helping students re-engage positively with their education and understand the impact of their behaviour.
This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is confident, empathetic, and passionate about inclusion, behaviour support, and educational equity.
About you:
You will:
- Hold knowledge of a range of relevant support services and educational plans which support student learning.
- Have an understanding of principles of child development and learning processes and in particular, barriers to learning.
- Possess emotional intelligence and resilience. With personal attributes of being patient, able to remain calm under pressure and make good decisions.
- Be interested in working with children and young people and a commitment to improving the life chances of students.
- Have experience of providing support to groups of challenging students, including experience of working one to one with students.
- Have previously gained experience of liaising with other agencies and individuals to address needs and help remove barriers to learning.
