ALFIE Administrative Assistant

(Part time, All Year Round, Permanent)

We are seeking a highly motivated, on the ball and dynamic individual to join our busy and friendly Additional Learning Support team providing key administrative support for the department.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has effective communication and interpersonal skills, and is proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software. The successful candidate must have excellent organisational and administrative skills and work well under pressure. You will also have excellent keyboard skills, accuracy, attention to detail and be able to work to strict deadlines.

You will enjoy working as part of a team but also be capable of working on your own and using your own initiative.

The working pattern will be 18.5 hours per week over 2.5 days per week (we are flexible as to what days of the week these 2.5 days can be, but require one working day to be Friday), all year round..
