Foundation Lecturer - Maternity Cover (Part-time, Fixed Term until June 2022)

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic Lecturer to join our Foundation Department on a fixed-term basis. The candidate will provide 1-2-1 and small group study support sessions for our learners.

The role involves teaching young adults with learning and communication difficulties to access the curriculum as fully as possible in order that they are able to participate in all aspects of College life and achieve their learning goals and potential. Responsibilities include course management, ongoing assessment, tracking of progress, and planning a diverse curriculum of learning are also essential elements of this role.

You should ideally have a relevant qualification and experience of teaching in a classroom setting is desirable with an understanding of animal care. We are looking for an adaptable, resourceful excellent communicator, who will be able to work as part of a team and have strong IT skills.

This is a part time (Tuesday - Friday) fixed term maternity cover role which is due to end June 2022.
