Maintenance Assistant
(Full-time, Permanent)
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Estates & Facilities team as a full-time Maintenance Assistant. The successful candidate will provide support to staff, students and external customers through day to day maintenance of the College’s buildings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of trades including painting & decorating, take pride in their work and be able to to work efficiently as part of a team. They must have an excellent eye for detail and strong organisational skills. A trades qualification such as C&G painting and decorating is desirable, although not essential.
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently as well as with a range of staff and curriculum departments.
