(Part-time – Monday & Tuesday, Term Time only – 38 weeks, Permanent)

We are looking for a reliable and friendly, customer focused individual to join our busy reception team at BCA on a part-time basis, working Mondays and Tuesdays.

The successful candidate will provide an efficient, comprehensive reception and switchboard service and present a professional and welcoming image of the college.

This role calls for excellent communication skills, a friendly personal telephone manner and the ability to deal calmly with wide-ranging queries from a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external. The successful applicant will also provide clerical support to some areas of the college so good IT skills are also important.
