School Liaison Coordinator

1 FTE (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

£26,500.00 per annum

We are looking for an outgoing, creative and energetic person to take lead responsibility for the College’s interaction with schools. In this post you will form an integral part of a small, friendly team who work flexibly together across multiple projects to market the College as a whole. There’s lots of space for innovation and new ideas - this is an exciting role within a dynamic department that you really can make your own.

You will be able to work with staff in schools and to establish strong working relationships with teachers and other school staff in a short time frame. You will be practiced and imaginative in presenting information to young people and their parents in a memorable and engaging way. You will need to be able to identify with potential students and quickly build a rapport. The information that you provide will be key in their decision to make an application.

We will start to review applications as and when we receive them. So please do not delay in applying.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the College is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
